We just had our water heater replaced by John. John was prompt in calling me back and was willing to install the brand that I requested. John was able to install it in the same day that I called and did an excellent job with the install.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience (experiences.) Had some odd issues with a newer water heater. Called WHW- John gave me his opinion, I tried to have it fixed by replacing some things - even though he thought we should replace under warranty- Long story short, it didn't fix all the problems. John checked in , we tackled the issues and went with a replacement and all is fixed and perfect. He never tried to talk me into anything or rip me off in any way possible. Completely transparent and respectful. After each time he was here, after a few days he checked in and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I will always call WHW for any issues in the future. Thanks again! My appreciation for service is abundant.

I’ve used The Water Heater Warrior for my rental properties and he’s honestly been one of the most reliable contractors I’ve worked with. He’s extremely professional and moves fast, which is huge when you’re dealing with tenants and time-sensitive issues. There have been multiple times where he’s gone out of his way, even working late evenings, just to make sure things get handled quickly.

He’s also been great in situations with more difficult tenants. Always respectful, patient, and keeps things calm while still getting the job done. I really appreciate that he keeps me updated throughout the process so I’m never left wondering what’s going on.

On top of that, his pricing is fair and the work is solid. No shortcuts, no surprises. Just consistent, good service. Definitely someone I trust and will keep using.

They helped me with options to replace a hot water heater, were responsive to questions and timely and professional in performing the work. They also coordinated with an electrician and dealt with permitting. I would call upon them again, if needed.

What's amazing person John is. The customer service and the job he did was 10 stars in my eyes. Our tankless water heater went out and his prompt respose back sold us.He was very thorough in explaining everything to us.He stayed in contact with us the whole time while waiting on the new water heater to come in. And to top it off he put in a temporary heater for us to use cause he didn't want us to go without hot water. Now that is go over and beyond. Water Heater Warrior is just an amazing!!!
